Yesterday.... Our "Amazing Race". We hope we can sleep longer but we woke up early in the morning for the race. Carina and I were afraid that Sheryldine cannot wake up as you know that she sleeps like a Pig eh. Then Thanks to Carina and Sheryl's maid keep on waking her up. The moment i reach the school i feel so wried because only our team wear 'jeans' for the race. Is like our outfit dun suits the race at all. Nevertheless, we proceed on with the game, the first question is what you know, call us to count how many toilets does RP have. How would i know. Then in the end we did some calculation and anyhow come up with a number. Correct leh it is (36). haha. Then guess what we proceed to our next destination the Botanic Garden. We quickly take a cab down. Then because of one stupid spelling mistake the spelling should be "Minden gate" but it was spelled "median gate" for us. Just because of this kuku mistake we were far far behind all the other teams. Eventually when we reach the gate we were the LAST team. Haiyo, we nearly give up eh but thanks to Carina she keeps on persevere. Then Sheryldine eh... keeps on complaining but think she really not bad already. Although she keeps on complaining but she still got help us. Sheryldine --> 3 cheers for you!!! Then after we found the gate then we are suspose to find a scupture haiyo. We need to slove a word puzzle of all those 'chim' trees and plants names. Then we walked into a forest with lots of mosquitos and slowly find the names of the tress inorder to slove the puzzle. After we sloved it, next we went to look for clues at the bandstand in the garden, it tells us that to proceed to St Andrew dunno what church at raffles place. We were like touring the whole singapore for the whole day. Then of course we take a cab down. Then guess what they make us to do when we reach there? Drink 2 bottles of 1.5liters of mineral water. Siao eh they, we drank till i feel like vomiting le. In the end we really cannot finished. Left half each bottle each, haha then we went to water the plant. Next destination was parkmall at Dhobby Guat, haiyo make us climbs the stairs up to Fort canning park. When we finally climbed up You know what the person there ask me "go and count how many stairs have i climbed" at the moment i really feel like smacking him using the water bottle on my hand. Then no choice i went down and climbed up again then the final answer was (133) idiot right? Then we proceed to the next destination, it was somewhere in the park. Then we do a puzzle there it was a A3 size picture and it is black and white. The picture shows "Carrerrfour" then we need to go down to that place. In our first impression it was at Suntect city. Then we rush all the way to there BUT WE WERE WRONG. It was at Plaza Singapura. Idiot right, waste our time and money eh. Haha here comes the fun part, when we reach carrerfour we were suspose to buy a 2 liters of ice cream costing $4.95. Then we ran all the way to ice cream section, then sheryldine found it and we ran to the cashier, BUT we took the wrong one we took 1.5 liters $4.95 then we ran back to change again. Then the stupid cashier eh, she is worse than my grandma eh. So slow!!! After we bought it guess what??? We gotto eat the ice cream but thank god we got Carina... hey hey dun laugh ok i am not insulting her. What i meant was thanks to Carina because she throw some of the ice cream to the rubbish bin. Hee Hee After that, we take a bus down to buffalo street at Little India. It was so Fun i love it. Firstly we gotto find a person there from RP lah. We have a hard time finding her eh. Cos she was like hidding at one corner.. Haiyo. Then when we had found her, our job was to sell 10 cans of sprite at $1 each Then we rush down to the shop houses there like 3 siaozabor... Shouting and running all about hoping that people will buy from us. Haiz, but you know eh, some singaporean eh ask them to buy like want their lives eh. It is just a dollar dun tell me they can't afford it. They just refuse to buy and we also never force them lor. Then we used the $10 to buy a shirt(dunno call what actually it is not a shirt actually it is indian ppl wear) then we need to find that 3 for $10. The first shop that we went to they told us 3 for $14 bluff us. Then luckily we never believe them eh we continue to search. Then we gotto wear that for the rest of the day. We wear that run all about and take train. Kaoz the way people look like us seems like we were Aliens from outer space. But overall it was very fun. Then our next destination was the Istana Park all thanks to Boshi who tell us the place. When we reach there we gotto do a indian dance for 2 minutes. Then the 3 of us eh. Anyhow only. Then we need to find a clue and it was hide in the water. Thanks to Juqin... she tells me where it is. Next... Haiyo it says "Riverside Park" near kallang. We called the whole world and ask where the place is. It was a underpass opposite the kallang MRT station. Firstly we carina draw something on the paper me and sheryl need to guess it and it was 'octopus'. Then we proceed on they gave us a maths calculation. WOW thanks to Carina she was real good in calculation. By then we were already in the Forth position. Not bad eh really. Then we gotto draw a octopus on the sand measured 45cm by 50cm we really not bad eh. Our measurement quite accurate eh.
We spent quite little time on all the station there.
Next destination was the Parsir Ris park. We need to find a maze there. When we reach there, there are two maze, Sheryldine and I each went to one. Haiyo... before going to the maze we need to turn 20 rounds. By then i was like very giddy liao... Then after that we need to filled our two 1.5liters with sea water using other bottles. Thanks to the group before us they gave us all their empty bottles. Then you know what??? I took off my shoes and went down to the sea. See i sacrifie so much. After all that.............. our last destination le. Republic poly annex hall... then we chong all the way back taking a cab. The 3 of us had spent all our money on cab today, we got not enough money to pay the cab fare then ended up we pay him using Ringgit(malaysia money) haiz poor thing right. Then we rush back to annex hall, haha when we reach annex hall, all the people inside clap for us. Feel so great thought we never win hehe.
So sad. WE were in the forth position You know what we got no trophy??? and price... but we got $20 voucher at Starbucks.... better then nothing eh.
After everything sheryldine treats us to Cafe Cartel and eat. PS eh, i nearly died of hunger eh, heaven eat for the whole day. So paisae go there and eat, saw Peixuan and Jieying there??? Eat till so full... Then the three of us went to walk walk for a while then we settles down at Starbucks and talk talk we talk till eleven eh. I reach home at 12am!!! I was sooooooooo tired. Till i got no strength to do everything.
Haha... my lappy was back with me. Thanks to Da Shao!!! What a memorable day for me.
